Two things to check before sending an invitation. Clock changes fall on different dates in different countries, so a slot that works in October may be an hour out in November for one participant and not for another. And a slot that is fine on the clock may still be a closed day: bank holidays differ between England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, so a Monday that is clear in Manchester may be a holiday in Edinburgh or Belfast.
